Most massage/holistic treatments tend to put most people into parasympathetic (rest and digest state) and have been shown to improve your vagal tone.
We wanted to create a treatment to target the Vagus Nerve more specifically, and help you really get into that parasympathetic state. This is a slow nurturing treatment aiming to get you into a meditate sleepy place.

Signature Vagus Nerve Massage
Using essential oils that are known for being good for stimulate the Vagus Nerve we use 100% pure essential oils Lavender, Neroli, Bergamot & Ylang-Ylang infused in a base oil for the massage and placed in a inhalation bowl under the bed also.
We start the treatment with some guided meditation and breath work, we then move to some gentle rocking motions onto the body which helps relax muscles & calm the nervous system. We do a back, neck and shoulder massage including scalp, then work into Tibetan scalp massages all over the scalp and ears we then massage the stomach, hand massage then finish with a grounding reflexology treatment.
