Lymphatic Drainage massage

We have designed a signature Sammy Anne’s Lymphatic drainage massage, lymphatic drainage massage is a very light pressure massage where we massage in waves and manipulate specific areas of the body to move excess fluid towards lymph vessels. Its a very relaxing treatment which can help if your feeling a little sluggish.

We use 100% pure essential oil blend of Sweet Orange, Geranium, Rose, Lavender & Thyme, also includes a skin brush and lymphatic massage techniques.

starting face up with your legs raised above heart level we massage the trunk of the body first concentrating around the stomach area we then move to chest, neck and face. We then cover arms, legs, feet and back.

If you are booking lymphatic massage for after surgery please wait 12 weeks before booking in to allow your body time to heal.

We will begin your treatment by taking some calming deep breaths to activate the lymphatic system, breathing in the beautiful scent of pure rose essential oil.

Next we begin to introduce lymphatic drainage techniques to the neck & chest followed by a relaxing massage of the neck, shoulders & scalp using a blend of Geranium, Rose, Thyme, Lavender & Sweet Orange pure essential oils with a Jojoba base oil. As we move onto the face to deep cleanse & exfoliate the skin, we then use a rose water mist to boost hydration followed by a range of lymphatic drainage techniques, combining the use of ice globes, cold rose quartz facial stones, gua sha & eye rollers to enhance lymphatic drainage & refresh the skin.

We then move onto a soothing drainage facial massage followed by a refreshing upcircle face mask. While your mask is working you will receive a rejuevenating hand & arm massage including lymphatic drainage techniques & grounding mini reflexology. To finish your treatment we will remove your mask, apply a hydrating facial toner, eye cream, serum & moisturiser. Leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuevenated & your skin glowing.
