All about the Reflexology!!!
Starting with a thirty minute back, neck and shoulder massage to help ease tension and aches & pains (you will have a choice off two essential oil blends of the day), once the back is complete we start the reflexology starting with the feet then followed by the hands (30 minutes on the feet, 20 minutes on the hands) then to finish massage round the neck and relaxation pressure points over the face and scalp to help you drift away.
