Working on those aches and pains we start with a 45 minute back, neck and shoulder massage customized to suit you. This will help work out any tension and knots and give your back an MOT. To finish the treatment, there is 30 minute Reflexology to really help you switch off and relax.
This treatment is the perfect balance of working out those aches and having some much needed me time to drift away.
As always we will be using hot towels and a special blend of essential oils.
