We then use a blend (inspired by so sleepy) off 100% essential oils Lavender, Eucalptus & Frankincense (these can be personalised) mixed with grapeseed carrier oil. We wanted the treatment to be long enough to help you drift away or even have a little sleep! So it is 2 hours including a full body massage, mini reflexology and finishing with a scalp massage.
